Important Notice
Mukhwas products are food items and generally non-returnable once delivered. Returns are only accepted for damaged, wrong, or defective products.
When We Accept Returns
- Product received damaged or broken packaging
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product or less than 30 days shelf life
- Defective or unfit for consumption
- Missing items from your order
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or tampered packaging
- Used or partially consumed products
- Products in good condition
- Returns based on taste preference
- Gift cards and promotional items
Return Timeline
Report issues within 7 days of delivery. For perishable items, report within 24 hours.
How to Return

- Provide Order ID and reason for return
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Keep the product in original packaging with tags intact
Tip: Record a video while opening the package for faster resolution
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed in 7-15 business days via:
- Original payment method (7-15 days)
- Bank transfer (provide account details)
- Store credit (instant)
Replacement
For damaged or wrong items, we prefer to send a replacement at no extra cost. Replacement ships within 3-5 business days after verification.
Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: Free cancellation. Contact us immediately.
After Dispatch: Cannot cancel. You may refuse delivery (shipping charges apply).
